Director of Expansion - $9,500
- Oversee the company’s group, charter, partnerships, and event sales performance to ensure consistent quality and quantity of outreach.
- Build and lead a team of sales managers and associates to successfully process all incoming inquiries and to develop outbound sales strategies.
- Manage recruiting, training, and maintaining of Sales Managers and Representatives in the department.
- Drive revenue growth by developing new partnerships and opportunities.
- Deliver revenue objectives monthly, quarterly, and annually through personal effort and collaboration with team members.
- Continuously improve the sales processes, specifically efficiency and quality of responses from ISA team to customers.
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using all internal management systems and tools.
- Work with other teams in the organization and provide structured feedback about customers, partners, and market opportunities.
- Identify, scope and drive projects and sales initiatives partnering with various teams across our organization.
- Develop initiatives to increase net revenue.
- Build and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Identify reporting gaps/needs and use data to target new opportunities in the sales funnel and ensure adequate resources/headcount.

Listings Coordinator - $5,000
- Review contracts, amendments, agreements, and other forms for accuracy.
- Enter information from contracts and forms into databases.
- Follow up with agents on issues that need to be corrected on contracts and forms.
- Coordinate with the Listings Team to publish new listings and update existing listings.
- Manage licensing records and continuing education requirements.
- Update contact information for agents in various online and print publications.
- Complete post-closing processes and communication with clients.
- Continuously identify best practices and opportunities to further improve our accounting processes.
Transactions Coordinator - $5,000
- Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes.
- Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research.
- Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance.
- Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience.
- Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell.
- Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales.
- Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals.
